What youll do



As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the presence and visibility of the Henkel Consumer Brands- Hair Professional Canada brand portfolio within a specific channel. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the trade channel to achieve business targets and annual business (KP) plans. Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Develops compelling marketing campaigns, channel specific promotions (with alignment from category), and POS materials that resonate with trade partners and drive sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade partners, distributors, and retailers. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and profitability targets are met. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. Supports a customer centric approach that cultivates new client acquisition, client retention, organic growth, and market expansion. Find new opportunities and seek ways to improve processes to increase revenue, enhance promotional efficiency, and customer experience.

What makes you a good fit



Bachelor's degree in either Business, Communications, Marketing or related field. Minimum five years marketing experience Skilled at balancing multiple projects, customers, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional alignment. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Education. Adaptable and proactive in navigating evolving priorities, market dynamics, and brand strategies.
