What to Expect:
You will be leading brand plans and strategies to bring growth to the category. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.
A day in the life:

• Lead the development and implementation of business reviews and brand plans, identifying key category and consumer insights and strategies to build competitive advantage and drive market share.
• Oversee the launch of product innovations and renovations through collaboration with U.S. Brand Teams, cross functional teams, and own marketing deliverables including validating concepts, claims and packaging design adapts for Canada.
• Build Brand through translation of insights to action. Responsible for creating compelling communication and effective media strategies, that reach both consumers and Veterinary Healthcare Professionals
• Accountable for improving the Return of Investment year over year and spend accuracy.

Role Requirements

• A University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-5 years of successful brand/product management experience, including leading agency teams.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, executing B2B marketing strategies
• Innovative and strategic thinking skills with experience championing strategic business plans.
• Agility to pivot in a fast paced ever changing environment, comfortable taking calculated risks and doing things differently to carve a new way forward.
• Analytical experience in consumer-packaged goods with strong communication skills
• Passion to build and grow brands, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo
