We're looking for someone to help:

assist with new client set up and ensure trades are processed correctly collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes process transactions, confirmations and manage exceptions and risk perform root cause analysis to identify and drive process improvements deliver timely and complete resolutions to clients

Your team

As a member of the Canada Equity support team, you will provide transactional support to institutional clients. The role involves significant internal collaboration with sales traders, front office support, settlements, risk reporting and static data teams, as well as external interaction with clients and vendors. Your expertise will leverage UBS platforms, products, and services to ensure exceptional client service.

Your expertise

previous client services experience strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills driven, able to work under pressure and multitask comfortable working with internal and external clients skilled at looking for ways to improve processes able to remain composed under pressure able to prioritize, multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:


Canada - Ontario min CAD 68000 - max CAD 85000


The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
