We're looking for a

seasoned Tractor & Disc Operator

to join our earthworks team. This isn't your average farming gig -- we need someone who can prep large areas of ground for construction, roads, or reclamation work with precision, efficiency, and pride.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating tractors with disc attachments to break, level, and prep soil Performing land reclamation, topsoil prep, and subgrade work Conducting daily maintenance checks and keeping equipment in tip-top shape Working closely with supervisors, grade crews, and other operators Following site safety rules, environmental regulations, and common sense

What You Bring to the Job:

2+ years of experience

operating large agricultural or construction tractors with disc attachments Knowledge of soil types and conditions in Alberta Ability to maintain straight passes and smooth finishes CSTS 2020 and WHMIS (or willingness to get them before starting) Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours outdoors in changing weather
