Lafarge Construction is based in Edmonton, AB and is currently seeking a seasonal, full-time Track Hoe Operator

The Track hoe Operator will be working as part of a removal crew. The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Pre and post trip inspections.
  • Minor truck and equipment maintenance.
  • Operate and maintain a track hoes and all attachments.
  • Trenching
  • Fine grading & finishing
  • Excavation
  • Backfilling
  • Clean up sites.
  • Other labour duties as required.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will possess the following:
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Min 2 years of experience operating a track hoe
  • Knowledge of City of Edmonton Specifications
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Knowledge of the City of Edmonton and surrounding area
  • Ability to read survey markings.
