As the Track Press Operator, you play an integral role in the functioning of the Undercarriage operations. Utilizing a track press, conveyor, and wrench, you will be responsible for modifying and constructing track group assemblies.

We\'re a growing business in an exciting industry. This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes full health and dental, plus a company sponsored RRSP plan ($1.50/hour) and an hourly entry rate of $30.00. All overtime is double time.

• Technical. You have experience with tools and are mechanically inclined; you can maintain, inspect, and operate the press and other tooling. You will also need to have strong computer skills for composing emails and using company software.
• Organization. Strong time management skills for prioritization and meeting deadlines, along with organizational skills for paperwork and your work area are critical. You will need to be on top of shipping schedules and build time requirements.
• Physical. This is physical work that will require standing, bending, crouching, reaching, twisting, and lifting/carrying track pads weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Diligence. We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you\'ll become a champion for consistently staying in the lines. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring you follow up, and you are a stickler for accuracy.
• Communication. You will communicate clearly with respect to deadlines, progress, and availability, and you will always exhibit a professional mannerism.
• Safety. We will expect you to be a safety champion, following all policies to keep yourself and anyone else in your work area safe.
