Job Description
Grit Athletics Dartmouth is seeking experienced coaches to join our growing team this fall (September 2025). If you are keen to ignite the inner excellence of young athletes, then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor athletes in one or more of the following events: sprints, hurdles, long distance, throws. Potentially coach kids U8 to U20 and older. Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes. Conduct two to three 2-hour training sessions per week. Provide guidance and support to athletes during practices and competitions. Foster a positive and inclusive training environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience coaching one or more of the following events: sprints, hurdles, long distance, throws. Previous experience working with and coaching children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Criminal record check and child abuse registry check (can be obtained after selection).
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.70-$21.00 per hour
