Position: Total Rewards Administrator
Location: Downtown TorontoOur client, one of Canada\'s largest and most successful law firms, is looking for a Total Rewards Administrator to join the Human Resources team in Toronto. Recent graduates from human resources programs are welcome to apply and will be considered for this position.The Total Rewards Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of employee compensation, pension and benefit plan arrangements for the Firm, both in Canada and internationally. This role also participates in the design and development of these programs in partnership with the Manager, Total Rewards, and consulting support.Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:- Compensation Administration:
Supporting compensation programs, including market pricing and survey participation, and annual performance, pay and bonus review, and delivery processes
- Benefits Administration:
- Supporting benefits data integrity in the HRIS (UKG) through data input and input monitoring and auditing
- Administering the processing of pension, benefit and wellness plans for the Firm, including preparing monthly payments, assisting plan members in addressing questions and concerns, and assisting with preparing and tracking annual budgets
- Program Administration:
- Supporting the Firm\'s disability management process, coordinating the claim submission process and monitoring claims
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Producing both standard and ad hoc reporting from the HRIS
- Communication and Employee Support:
- Participating in the design and delivery of employee communications, surveys and information sessions to improve education and engagement on Total Rewards programs
- Working collaboratively as part of the broader Human Resources team, ensuring common priorities and projects are deliveredQualifications:- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in human resources, business administration or related field is required
- Minimum of one to three years of experience in a professional services environment is preferred
- Experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration is preferred
- Working towards CCP and/or CEBS designation is preferred
- Skills/Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to think critically, strategically and creatively problem solve, and effectively communicate possible solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments and outside the Firm
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a customer-service attitude
- Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow
- Demonstrated tact and respect for confidential material
- Team player who is willing to assist peers as needed
