You are energetic and friendly with a keen eye for detail. When it comes to helping guests select the perfect merchandise to meet their needs you exercise good judgement and integrity. You have strong cash handling skills and are an excellent communicator. You will maintain the store's standards with enthusiasm and make positive suggestions for necessary changes. You will be knowledgeable with regards to products as well as the resort as you will be considered an ambassador. You work well with others and are considered a true team player. You display good taste and are up to date with current trends. You will lead the Toques & Tracks sales team and will be expected to assume a leadership role during Supervisory absence. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store along with staff orchestration during the shift. Monitoring of weekly schedule and initiative in staffing levels during the shift are expected.



Essential Functions

Completion of daily action lists and completion of tasks. Communicate requirements with store supervisor. Direct daily store operation in Supervisors absence Make recommendations in discipline and recognition to the Supervisor. Assist our guests with their selection of merchandise. Become entirely familiar and confident with regards to product knowledge Lead the daily maintenance of in-store standards. Consistently demonstrate results of an in-depth training program Maintain inventory levels through regular inventory counts and communicate these to Supervisor. Provide immediate resolution to product or service shortfalls. Accurate and friendly cashiering Confident operation of POS system Ensure that all necessary supplies are well stocked. The cashier area is kept clean and tidy. Provide an unrivalled level of customer service.

Experience/Requirements

Previous retail experience High School Diploma Previous Cash Handling Experience Computer literate Genuine enjoyment of people interaction Excellent telephone etiquette There will be lifting of boxes required up to a maximum of 50 lbs * Retail requires extended periods of time on your feet
