Tire Technician

Winnipeg, Manitoba

Responsibilities and competencies:

Responsible for changing, repairing, rotating and balancing tires of all sizes

Complete necessary paperwork to ensure customers are billed accurately and completely for all work performed

Ability to work in a fun fast paced family business

Greet customers in a courteous, efficient manner

Identify customer concerns related to products and services, and direct to the proper individuals, and be accountable for work being done to customer vehicles

Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing

Build and maintain positive working relationships with other team members

Good manual dexterity, an interest in working with vehicles, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds

A passion for delivering exceptional service in every interaction, both external and internal

Salary to commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Tire experience is an asset, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
