Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while providing excellent customer service.

Duties



Install and balance tires on various vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and safety. Perform tire repairs, including patching and replacing tires as needed. Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles to assess tire condition and recommend services. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tire installation and repair tasks. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire products and services, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Engage in heavy lifting as required for tire handling and installation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Skills



Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and tire technology. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to tire service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during tire installation processes. Familiarity with automotive repair principles and maintenance practices. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in promoting tire products and services. Pay: From $20.52 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
