Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires, ensuring that vehicles are safe and performing optimally. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Install, balance, and rotate tires on various types of vehicles Diagnose tire issues and recommend appropriate solutions Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on tires Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist customers with tire selection and provide sales support Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Uphold safety standards while performing heavy lifting tasks

Skills

Dealership experience is preferred but not required Previous mechanic experience is highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Excellent customer service skills to assist clients effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job Experience in automotive repair is a plus Familiarity with maintenance procedures for tires and vehicles Sales skills to promote tire products and services
