Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires for various vehicles while providing excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to work with hand tools and power tools, perform heavy lifting, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Duties

Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles. Conduct tire repairs and maintenance as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tire-related services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Assist in sales of tires and related products to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on equipment used in tire services. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in tire installation and maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to tire services.
