Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This position is vital in providing our customers with high-quality automotive care while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Assist in heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and dealership practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a mechanic or in a dealership setting is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs. Familiarity with automotive repair tools, including both hand tools and power tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in automotive care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75-$20.00 per hour
