Position Overview:
Our Lube and Tire Technician plays a key role in maintaining our clients' vehicles by performing essential automotive services. We're seeking a motivated individual with a genuine passion for automotive work and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Tire & Lube Services
Perform a variety of automotive maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to: oil changes, brake service, tire swaps and repairs, transmission service, and tune-ups
Customer Service
Communicate effectively with customers and service staff to explain work performed and recommend preventative maintenance
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Shop Operations
Assist with general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Monitor shop supplies and inventory
Provide support in other areas of the shop as needed
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- 0-5 years previous experience in the automotive trade
- Preference given to someone with previous tire and lube experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
- Willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities on a daily basis
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work full-time, 5 days a week + overtime when required.
