Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Conduct inspections of vehicle systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Assist with heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing.
• Stay updated on automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Skills

• A great attitude, sense of humour and willingness to work hard
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Sales skills are beneficial for recommending additional services to customers.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining equipment and ensuring workplace safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
