We are looking for a TA Lead (Inflammation) to join our Customer Therapeutics (CT) team. You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Therapeutics. The CT team works with our Go-To-Market stream to demonstrate the impact of our technology to all customers. Our team also works with several CFTs, MDTs, and Product teams to help identify and address data gaps and improve on product capabilities, along with the Discovery team to test drive innovative solutions. As a TA Lead, you will work with Scientists and Scientific Liaisons to provide scientific insights to support our client proof-of-concept case studies by extracting and analysing both internal and external data on BQ and the ASCEND applications, as well as collect feedback and define opportunities to improve our applications and ensure completeness of our libraries and therapeutic area coverage.

You Will:

  • Be the subject matter expert and lead the projects in that specific therapeutic area, including working with the Scientists within the TA team to ensure scientific accuracy, and make sure deliverables are following business and customer needs.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new CT Scientists and share feedback and expertise with peers to support learning and improvement.
  • Lead comprehensive TA health assessments for incoming customers and work with the relevant teams on the Platform stream to address any gaps in data and product capabilities Be the project lead to support any data audits based on TA pressure tests, ML models, and data pipelines to identify deficiencies and propose next steps to improve overall data collection.
  • Independently identify and define main challenges for solutions to satisfy product requirements outlined by the Product team Work with GTM and Sales teams to understand client commitments and to design strategies for demonstrating the impact of the platform.
  • Work with the CFT Leads to lead the development of strategies to improve the platform, including finding bugs, determining data coverage, and determining ways to enhance the platform experience for scientists Collaborate in knowledge-sharing projects across different cross-functional teams with the CT team and broader Science team Keep up with current biomedical research to guide technology development.
  • Support improvements of UI/UX and data accuracy of the BenchSci platform.
You Have:
  • Experience working directly with scientific customers Extensive working experience in molecular biology and bioinformatic databases.
  • PhD or MSc +3 years of relevant bench experience in life sciences (e.g. Inflammation, Immunology, or Infectious Diseases)
  • Strong experience in the use of SQL, R/Python, Excel functions, and Colab notebooks to access, extract, and assess data from SoR and BigQuery databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently tackle open-ended tasks and develop data-driven solutions to novel problems Demonstrated project management abilities through project scoping, resource allocation, and prioritization to meet all requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and act on process improvements Demonstrated ability to support work across different cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organization, time-management, and delegation skills with both keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of team objectives.
  • Experience with providing mentorship and feedback through onboarding and peer review of other team members.
