Radio Hardware Test Manager / Be apart of a flex work environment!!

We are looking for a highly motivated Test Manager to join our Hardware Integration & Verification Team working on state-of-the-art base station radio equipment products intended for global market deployment. Candidates should have 4-6 years' experience with good understanding of E2E radio performance verification, regulatory and type approvals for radio products. This is a senior level position within our organization with a high degree of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-study and early-phase project meetings for new multi-standard radio products and evaluate radio performance verification coverage needs
  • Develop the hardware test strategy and implementation plan
  • Identify, track, and manage hardware performance test coverage needs, project risks and knowledge gaps and document them in Early Estimation Forum document
  • Knowledge transfer to the I&V project manager for execution of the hardware test strategy
  • Build on knowledge from past projects to continuously improve our test coverage while minimizing test time
Key Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years HW development or verification experience
  • Good time management, prioritization and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
