Position Description: The Territory Manager is responsible for maximizing distribution, volume and share of PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s cannabis brands and products to retail cannabis stores in their assigned territory. Through continuous engagement, best in class customer service, fact-based selling, and understanding and addressing customer needs this role will build win-win relationships with customers and establishes the PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s brands as the brand of choice for consumers. The Territory Manager is responsible to execute sales and marketing strategies to improve PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s distribution, sales volume, value, share of shelf, visibility, brand awareness and education. The successful candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude and will act with purpose, urgency, and discipline. The Canadian cannabis industry is a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment as such the ability to thrive in this type of environment, and a demonstrated history of achieving sales objectives is key. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Given the nature of the PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s business, and the marketplace, the responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Accordingly, the company may add or remove from the duties and responsibilities set out below as circumstances change. Current duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager include: \xc2\xb7 Develop strong, long-term relationships with Cannabis retail teams - budtenders, store managers and inventory managers \xc2\xb7 Achieve sales, distribution and market share objectives \xc2\xb7 Build and deliver presentations and use effective selling techniques to introduce products, features and benefits, and educate store staff \xc2\xb7 Utilize CRM software to keep accurate records on the account, the decision makers and key relationships \xc2\xb7 Use best practices for route planning, territory coverage, call frequency and tracking performance against objectives \xc2\xb7 Negotiate and activate merchandising programs for retail partners \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with the retail teams to create a strategy to maximize reach, store impact and prioritize high volume and potential accounts \xc2\xb7 Train and educate the cannabis retail store staff personnel on PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s products and brands \xc2\xb7 Participate in trade shows/events when required \xc2\xb7 Utilize social media to interact with retailers and consumers to promote our brands in a compliant manner based on provincial and federal regulations \xc2\xb7 Make field calls and track activities in each account \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit weekly reporting to management summarizing results against objectives \xc2\xb7 Track and report on inventory (own and competitive) \xc2\xb7 Implement ongoing programming and product specific focus tools at retailers \xc2\xb7 Analyze needs of retail stores and teams and develop solutions \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with retailers to implement sales floor displays to ensure PurCann\xe2\x80\x99s products are maximized on shelf \xc2\xb7 Monitor and track performance to objectives \xc2\xb7 Work with the direct manager to ensure best practices are utilized and all engagement activities are within company and provincial and federal guidelines \xc2\xb7 Resolve product/service problems, disruptions, and customer complaints Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 direct sales experience, ideally in Cannabis, Beverage Alcohol, Pharma or CPG \xc2\xb7 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales quotas/targets \xc2\xb7 Experience in customer relationship management, and use of CRM \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cannabis market and trends would be considered an asset \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively \xc2\xb7 Skilled at assessing client needs and delivering solutions \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license required Type d\'emploi : Temps plein, Permanent Avantages\xc2\xa0:
