Role: The Territory Manager will: \xc2\xb7 Primary goal of sales growth in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Maine \xc2\xb7 Be the product and technology expert for their sales region(s). \xc2\xb7 Help launch new products and technologies in their area of responsibility \xc2\xb7 Have a key role in positioning NutriAg\xe2\x80\x99s innovative portfolio in the region \xc2\xb7 Be responsible of training and educating NutriAg\xe2\x80\x99s network of distributors in the area \xc2\xb7 Assist management in the recruitment and development of new distributor accounts \xc2\xb7 Promote distributors\xe2\x80\x99 sales growth through technical knowledge and credibility \xc2\xb7 Travel regularly, mainly around the province of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and state of Maine. \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel internationally as needed. \xc2\xb7 CCA or P.Ag designation desirable. Education: A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in agriculture or a related field. Experience: 5-7-years minimum experience in Agribusiness/technical sales and/or agronomy roles. Experience with the production aspects of most key crops grown in the area (horticultural and cash crops). Familiar with basic aspects of product R&D, field scale product evaluations and demonstrations. Good commercial acumen and deep understanding of Maritime Canadian agriculture, its potential and challenges. Crops: Canola, wheat, barley, corn, soybean, lentils, peas, potato etc. Remuneration: The selected candidate will receive a top tier salary according to the level of seniority required for the role.
