Position Summary:

The Territory Manager is accountable for developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies that are aligned to Company and brand specific customer objectives. Applying clinical fluency and insights based on consultative selling to build support for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine products, gain access, and influence customer decision-making to achieve Territory sales forecasts and market share growth, serving as a partner providing valuable solutions and technical support for customers. The role requires the employee to work in a hybrid environment (virtual and in field with HCPs), while providing key field insights to their manager or marketing teams.
Key responsibilities:

In this role, the Territory Manager\'s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve sales and business objectives (sales & share targets) for assigned brands/indications within the designated territory.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking in order to deliver customer value.
  • Become an expert in identifying key business drivers for the specified region/customer group, and how to effectively plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan
  • Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking in order to deliver customer value while demonstrating customer engagement in selecting the appropriate mix of activities.
  • Become an acknowledged expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory)
  • Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position the assigned products based on customer needs
  • Provide technical and educational support to HCP customers
  • Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Medical science to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME & congress related activities. Collaborate with colleagues to consolidate plans aimed at addressing customer and organizational needs that optimize patient experience

Le chef de territoire a la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et de la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des plans d\'affaires et des strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente conformes aux objectifs de l\'entreprise et des clients propres \xc3\xa0 une marque. Applique ses connaissances du domaine clinique et de la vente consultative fond\xc3\xa9e sur les renseignements pour favoriser l\'appui aux produits de Johnson & Johnson M\xc3\xa9decine innovante; participer \xc3\xa0 la prise de d\xc3\xa9cision des clients et y jouer de son influence pour atteindre les objectifs de vente pr\xc3\xa9vus du territoire et les objectifs de croissance de la part de march\xc3\xa9; agir \xc3\xa0 titre de partenaire fournissant des solutions utiles et du soutien technique aux clients. L\'employ\xc3\xa9 devra travailler dans un milieu de travail hybride (en ligne et sur le terrain avec les professionnels de la sant\xc3\xa9), tout en fournissant des renseignements cl\xc3\xa9s recueillis sur le terrain \xc3\xa0 son gestionnaire ou \xc3\xa0 ses \xc3\xa9quipes de marketing.
Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

Le chef de territoire sera responsable, entre autres, de ce qui suit :
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d\'affaires (ventes et part vis\xc3\xa9es) pour les marques et indications assign\xc3\xa9es au sein du territoire d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9
  • Faire preuve d\'un excellent esprit d\'analyse et d\'une vision audacieuse et strat\xc3\xa9gique qui am\xc3\xa8neront au client une valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e.
  • Devenir un expert au rep\xc3\xa9rage des principaux moteurs de croissance pour la r\xc3\xa9gion ou pour le groupe de consommateurs concern\xc3\xa9s, ainsi que pour pr\xc3\xa9voir et investir judicieusement en fonction des moteurs rep\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s, et ce, selon un plan d\'affaires minutieusement pr\xc3\xa9par\xc3\xa9 sur mesure pour le territoire.
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der un excellent esprit d\'analyse et une mentalit\xc3\xa9 audacieuse et strat\xc3\xa9gique pour offrir une valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e au client, tout en d\xc3\xa9montrant une connaissance du client par une s\xc3\xa9lection appropri\xc3\xa9e d\'activit\xc3\xa9s.
  • Devenir un expert reconnu dans l\'entreprise au sein du territoire assign\xc3\xa9, en comprenant bien le milieu des soins de sant\xc3\xa9 (y compris les clients, les produits, la concurrence et la r\xc3\xa9glementation).
  • Arriver \xc3\xa0 comprendre toutes les facettes de la prestation de soins de sant\xc3\xa9 dans la r\xc3\xa9gion assign\xc3\xa9e et savoir mettre en valeur les produits selon les besoins du consommateur.
  • Soutenir les clients professionnels de la sant\xc3\xa9 par un soutien technique et par de la formation.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux des \xc3\xa9quipes Ventes, Marketing, Formation m\xc3\xa9dicale, Expansion des nouvelles affaires, et Affaires m\xc3\xa9dicales et gouvernementales, dans le but de planifier et de coordonner les r\xc3\xa9unions, les symposiums et les autres activit\xc3\xa9s li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la FMC et aux congr\xc3\xa8s. Collaborer avec ses coll\xc3\xa8gues pour int\xc3\xa9grer des plans ax\xc3\xa9s sur un but pr\xc3\xa9cis : r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins du client et de l\'entreprise pour optimiser l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience des patients.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years consistent track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience calling on psychiatrists is an asset
  • Results driven and strong sense of demonstrated strategic thinking and prudent risk taking
  • Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including: customer engagement, critical thinking, analytical and ambitious mindset
  • Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative
  • Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and comfort level for learning new technological platforms
  • Demonstrates a strong learning agility
  • High level of business integrity and ethics
  • Some Travel Required
  • Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record required
  • Bilingual in English and French.
Qualifications :
