Our Account Managers interact primarily face to face with our veterinary clinic customers. They strive to understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. They collaborate within a Field Sales Team and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
Territory: New Brunswick and Surroundings
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada - Companion Animal Business Unit, the Account Manager (AM) is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business objectives within his/her territory by coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of the Territory Tactical Plans, ensuring alignment with Regional and National Business unit objectives.
Understanding the customer needs and communicating accurate and complete product information through on-going calls on targeted companion animal veterinarians with the goal of increasing sales and market penetration in the territory.
Conducting continuing education & product presentations to clinic teams
Attending product and sales training, and participating in conferences and conventions.
Optimizing business potential in the territory through effective analysis, planning and implementation. The AM manages territory data through CRM and / or other relevant territory management tools. There are other administrative duties which include expense reports and mandatory trainings.
Completes his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with our company's commitment to our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor degree, preferred
Previous Sales experience is an asset
Experience in small animal veterinary practice is an asset
Understanding of the Animal Health Industry is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office technology and related software
Exhibits strong Communication skills (both oral and written)
Motivated to lead their own specific tasks and responsibilities within a team, prioritizing time and effort towards important deliverables and producing high-quality work.
Proven strategic thinking, decision making and strategic planning skills
Successfully networking and forming partnerships with multiple team members within their customer base, as well as within our organization.
A valid drivers license is required
Language: English, French an asset

Optimiser le potentiel commercial du territoire gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 une analyse, une planification et une mise en \xc5\x93uvre efficaces. L\'AM g\xc3\xa8re les donn\xc3\xa9es du territoire via CRM et / ou d\'autres outils de gestion du territoire pertinents. Il existe d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches administratives qui comprennent les rapports de d\xc3\xa9penses et les formations obligatoires.
