Nous sommes a la recherche d'un gestionnaire de comptes strategiques pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine croissance, qui se concentre sur l'etablissement et le maintien de relations solides avec des clients de centres de donnees multilocataires a travers le Canada. Dans ce role, vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec des comptes cibles cles qui sont essentiels au succes a long terme de notre organisation.


En tant que conseiller de confiance, vous identifierez les opportunites de ventes croisees, de ventes incitatives et d'affaires recurrentes, tout en assurant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientele. Il s'agit d'un poste a fort impact pour un professionnel motive ayant de l'experience dans la vente strategique, en particulier dans les secteurs electrique ou mecanique.


Responsabilites:



Travailler avec l'equipe de vente pour creer et soutenir l'execution des plans de comptes strategiques pour les comptes cles designes. Developper de nouvelles activites en recherchant, qualifiant, contactant, presentant et concluant de nouveaux clients sur un territoire ou un segment de marche donne. Developper en permanence des relations avec les parties prenantes des clients prioritaires, comprend leurs principaux problemes commerciaux et recommande des moyens d'apporter de la valeur ajoutee. Assurer la liaison entre les equipes sur le terrain et les equipes des comptes globaux en ce qui concerne la recherche de nouveaux accords, les engagements en matiere de valeur ajoutee/cout total de possession (TCO) et l'augmentation de la part de portefeuille des clients. Maintenir et gerer un pipeline d'opportunites pour les comptes designes, y compris les renouvellements, les projets et les opportunites d'amelioration de la part de marche. Communiquer a la direction l'activite des clients, l'etat des opportunites, l'etat des renouvellements et l'avancement du plan strategique. Participer aux efforts de developpement de solutions qui repondent au mieux aux besoins des clients. Engager les ressources commerciales des fournisseurs pour obtenir leur soutien et creer des solutions.

Qualifications:



Diplome de fin d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent exige ; diplome de niveau baccalaureat prefere Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans la vente a l'exterieur ou plus de 3 ans dans la gestion de comptes strategiques et/ou des ventes. Experience reussie dans le maintien et le developpement de relations cles Connaissance des principes commerciaux et de gestion impliques dans la planification strategique, l'affectation des ressources, les techniques de leadership, les methodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources. Capacite a comprendre ou se trouve le potentiel dans les comptes assignes et a reconnaitre et creer des opportunites. Excellentes competences en matiere de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec une aptitude a etablir de solides relations avec les clients. Solides competences en matiere de negociation et de resolution de problemes Maitrise des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et de Microsoft Office Autonomie et capacite a travailler efficacement sous pression. Experience de l'execution dans une organisation matricielle, avec gestion de multiples parties prenantes et projets Capacite a voyager jusqu'a 25%.

We are seeking a

Strategic Account Manager

to join our growing team, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Multi-Tenant Data Center clients across Canada. In this role, you will work closely with key target accounts that are critical to the long-term success of our organization.


As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and repeat business, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact position for a driven professional with experience in strategic sales, especially within the electrical or mechanical sectors.


Responsibilities:



Works with the Sales team to create and support the execution of the strategic account plans at key, named accounts. Drives new business development by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new clients based on an assigned territory or market segment. Continuously develops relationships with priority customer stakeholders, understands their key business issues, and recommends ways to deliver value. Liaison between the field and Global Accounts teams as it relates to pursuing new agreements, Value-Add/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) commitments and increasing customer wallet-share. Maintains and manages a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities. Communicates customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management. Participates in solution development efforts that best address customer needs. Engages supplier sales resources to enlist their support and create solutions.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years proven sales experience in outside sales or 3+ years strategic account and/or sales management History of success maintaining and developing key relationships Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources Ability to understand where potential exists in assigned accounts and can recognize and create opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure Experience in executing in a matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders and projects Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details $103,577 - $129,471 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
