Trouw Nutrition is hiring\xe2\x80\xa6 a Sales professional for the role of Territory Manager, Dairy and Poultry Sales to join our team in Moncton, NB. We count on your experience to professionally promote and sell Trouw Nutrition values proposition and services to existing and potential customers and establish and maintain good relationships at all levels. You will contribute to, implement and realize the sales/account plan for the assigned account/portfolio, acquire and retain (new / potential) accounts and build and strengthen customer relations in order to realize Trouw Nutrition\xe2\x80\x99s commercial objectives.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Territory Manager is an individual contributor reporting to the Sales Manager in an OpCo. You take care of the commercial activities in an OpCo for direct customers in order to reach the commercial objectives. The Territory Manager and the Technical Sales Advisor work in a \xe2\x80\x98tandem approach\xe2\x80\x99 to reach the highest Sales possible, whereby you are the commercial expert, opening doors and closing deals. Basic technical knowledge is required, but you will work in collaboration with the Technical Sales Advisor in (highly) complex and technical sales processes.

As a member of a dynamic team, you will oversee the continued development of the dairy business for the Moncton region by actively promoting, marketing and executing feed strategies. Surrounded and supported by the team, you will work directly with producers to meet their on-farm goals.
