You will be based out of the Quebec city and join our Hematology Team supporting DARZALEX, TECVAYLI and CARVYKTI for the Multiple Myeloma with Hemato/Oncologists and Medical Oncologists in the assigned territory.


The Territory Manager is accountable for developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies aligned with Company and brand-specific customer objectives.


Applying clinical fluency and insights-based consultative selling to build support for Johnson & Johnson products, gain access, and influence customer decision-making to achieve Territory sales forecasts and market share growth, serving as a partner providing valuable solutions and technical support for customers while providing key field insights to their manager or marketing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:




In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Achieve sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) through consultative selling and promoting product access and support. Demonstrate expertise in identifying key business drivers within the assigned region or customer group and effectively plan and allocate resources through a formalized territory business plan. Leverage strong analytical insights, innovative strategies, and customer engagement to deliver value by selecting the optimal mix of activities tailored to customer needs. Utilize clinical and therapeutic expertise to influence decision-making, providing technical and educational support to HCPs while leveraging a diverse patient support network. Become an acknowledged expert within the territory by developing a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including customers, products, competitors, and regulatory landscapes. Use CRM tools (iConnect/Veeva) for planning, execution, and tracking of sales activities, including omni-channel outreach and educational event coordination. Identify and address HCP education needs by aligning with educational platforms and organizing regional learning activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, training standards, and CRM metrics while fostering a culture of customer-centricity and integrity. Analyze territory data to develop and execute strategic business plans, prioritizing high-value customers and driving results in key segments. Participate actively in sales meetings, regional and national business reviews, and medical conferences, sharing best practices and aligning with team objectives. Innovate and implement compliant strategies to enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals. Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical colleagues to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME related activities to consolidate plans aimed at addressing customer and organizational needs that optimize patient experience.

Qualifications :



+ You possess a Bachelor's degree - preferably Life Sciences or Business + Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success in health care or related industry
+ Experience calling on Medical Oncologists and/or Hemato/Oncologists is an asset.
+ Results-driven with a demonstrated strong sense of critical thinking and analysis as well as a demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business decision-making.
+ Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including customer engagement strategies, and needs-based problem-solving
+ Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative.
+ Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies
+ Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a comfort level for learning new technological platforms.
+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
+ Fluent in French, bilingual French / English is an asset
+ Currently based in the Montreal region
+ You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required (no infractions)

Le/la gestionnaire de territoire est responsable de developper et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'affaires et des strategies de vente alignes avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et des marques.


En appliquant une approche consultative fondee sur la maitrise clinique et les perspectives du terrain, vous soutiendrez les produits de Johnson & Johnson, favoriserez l'acces et influencerez les decisions des clients pour atteindre les previsions de ventes et la croissance des parts de marche. Dans ce role, vos responsabilites incluent, sans s'y limiter :

Atteindre les objectifs de vente en etablissant des relations solides avec les professionnels de la sante (PDS) par une approche consultative et en favorisant l'acces aux produits. Identifier les moteurs d'affaires cles dans la region assignee et planifier efficacement les ressources via un plan d'affaires territorial formel. Utiliser des analyses approfondies, des strategies innovantes et un engagement client pour offrir de la valeur en selectionnant les activites optimales selon les besoins du client. Mettre a profit votre expertise clinique et therapeutique pour influencer les decisions, offrir un soutien technique et educatif aux PDS, et utiliser un reseau diversifie de soutien aux patients. Devenir un expert reconnu dans le territoire en developpant une comprehension approfondie de l'environnement de soins de sante, incluant les clients, produits, concurrents et reglementations. Utiliser les outils CRM (iConnect/Veeva) pour planifier, executer et suivre les activites de vente, incluant les communications multicanal et la coordination d'evenements educatifs. Identifier les besoins educatifs des PDS et organiser des activites d'apprentissage regionales. Assurer la conformite aux politiques de l'entreprise, aux normes de formation et aux indicateurs CRM, tout en favorisant une culture centree sur le client et l'integrite. Analyser les donnees du territoire pour developper et executer des plans d'affaires strategiques, en priorisant les clients a forte valeur et en generant des resultats dans les segments cles. Participer activement aux reunions de vente, aux revues d'affaires regionales et nationales, et aux conferences medicales, en partageant les meilleures pratiques et en s'alignant sur les objectifs de l'equipe. Innover et mettre en oeuvre des strategies conformes pour ameliorer l'engagement client et atteindre les objectifs d'affaires. Collaborer avec les partenaires d'affaires en ventes, marketing et medical pour planifier et coordonner des reunions, symposiums et autres activites de FMC visant a repondre aux besoins des clients et de l'organisation, tout en optimisant l'experience patient.

Qualifications :



Diplome universitaire - idealement en sciences de la vie ou en administration Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en vente directe avec un historique de succes dans le domaine de la sante ou secteur connexe Experience aupres des oncologues medicaux et/ou hemato-oncologues est un atout Oriente(e) vers les resultats, avec un fort esprit critique et analytique, ainsi qu'une approche entrepreneuriale dans la prise de decisions Capacite demontree en planification d'affaires, strategies d'engagement client et resolution de problemes basee sur les besoins Autonomie et initiative demontrees Bonne comprehension et application des modeles de segmentation client et ciblage prioritaire selon les strategies de marque Forte orientation client et competences en collaboration Maitrise des applications Microsoft et aisance avec les nouvelles plateformes technologiques Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite Maitrise du francais, bilinguisme francais/anglais est un atout Residence actuelle dans la region de Montreal Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite sans infractions
