Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for all Terminal Administrative duties, which include but are not limited to:
P&D manifesting
Fuel Reconciliation
P&D time entry
DNR Queue
Monitor Moncton inbox
Closing daily bills
Unmanifested freight report
Deliveries due today report
Various other admin tasks
Education Required: High School Diploma
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Problem solving ability with required sense of urgency.
