position of Administrative Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant.

The Chiropractic Assistant's key responsibility is to ensure that all clients, new and existing, receive the best possible customer care from entry to exit. The main goal of this position is to build and strengthen the client bond through exceptional service.

The successful candidate will perform all administrative tasks such as:

Answer the phone Check and respond to voicemail and email messages Greet patients and visitors to the clinic Book new and existing patient visits, including recalls Collect and process payments both through direct billing portals and POS terminal Reconciliation of patient accounts Manage electronic medical records Filing and scanning Light cleaning and laundry duties Assist chiropractors with patient intake and laser therapy treatment
The successful candidate

MUST have

:

A minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a similar position Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment The ability to work effectively with or without supervision A positive attitude and must be coachable and a team player The ability to multi-task with efficiency Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to connect with people of all ages in a professional/friendly manner Strong computer knowledge and the ability to learn new computer programs easily.
Experience working in a similar health care setting such as a chiropractic, massage, dental or optometry clinic is an asset. Previous receptionist experience is required. Any sales experience is considered an asset, as is the skill to understand the needs of patients and co-workers alike. The ability to multi-task and take direction is crucial to the role. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
