We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of work
Provide courteous and attentive assistance to clients via phone, email, and fax
Follow up with clients through various channels to ensure their needs are met
Process referrals and manage scheduling using practice management software
Foster inclusive and caring communication with staff and clients
Format and proofread reports, assessments, and other documentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and facilities
Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions
Process and manage receivables accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Previous experience in a professional office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of basic data entry procedures
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
