The opportunity:
Provides administrative support to the VP of Strategy and Sales Administration, Finance Directors, and team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and expense handling.
Assists the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and SVP Finance and Strategy.
Maintains daily updates in SUN Systems, tracks departmental objectives, and ensures accurate procedural documentation.
Prepares, tracks and reviews a variety of departmental documents and processes. This includes administration of Board documents, audit materials, insurance-related tasks, reviewing journal entries for accuracy and completeness, coordinating cheque processing (including signing and deposit tracking), and managing sensitive documentation such as confidentiality agreements and banking resolutions.
Performs other related duties as required.
You have:
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or a related field.
Minimum two years' experience providing administrative support.
You bring:
Ability to organize workloads, set priorities, and complete assignments efficiently and within assigned deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency in technology, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Ability to uphold the highest degree of ethics and integrity and maintain confidentiality.
