• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts(100 calls/day) and make a sale.
• Answer questions about products
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Sales representative or other Telesales roles.
• Experience of Outbound call center (100 calls /day is preferred)
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Telecommunication industry experience preferred
• Knowldge of Spanish knowledge is a plus

Must haves:

• Sales Experience on phone (outbound sales)
• Call center experience
• Telesales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
