Job Description
Telephony Service Platform Quality Assurance Specialist
- Develop test plans highlighting the various scenarios and expected results.
- Configure test environment (create user accounts, configuration files, etc.) necessary to support the test.
- Exercise the functions of a system under test and create bug reports.
- Examine application logs of the system under tests for errors.
- Discuss issues with stakeholders and make suggestions.
- Setup and run automated test tools and analyse results. Maintain historical records of test results.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Disciplined and methodical, pay attention to details. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and English.
- Good understanding of business context (customer expectations, business transactions, accounting practices, etc.)
- Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems, REST web services, and scripting tools, in Linux, Mac, and Windows environment.
