Your every day with us:

  • We are looking for a self-starter individual who sees Quality as a core competency touching on everything we do, but also in every interaction we have. In this function, you will support the Program Manager and Quality Control team leader in the Quality Management System implementation. You will be a key player to support the change approach in how Quality is perceived, first within the teams, second with the various stakeholder groups we work with.
  • Some of the items you will be working on (but not limited to):
  • Conduct investigations on current ways of working with a view to simplify them. You know that good processes enable good work.
  • Work on a sample verification approach and on audits.
  • Gather the requirements for and support the development of validation queries to be used by the Quality Control team. Document how to use the queries.
  • Validate current standards and monitor adherence.
  • Work in close collaboration with business SME\xe2\x80\x99s and partner with the Program Manager to ensure scope, schedules, risks and issues are clearly communicated, understood and aligned.
  • Partner with Management when establish measures to better monitor quality.
  • Data analysis (sampling, trending, patterns). Building meaningful reports with the Metrics team to share with Management.
  • Investigate complaints and issues, offer avenues for resolution in order to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop audit mechanisms for Client Solutions.
  • Create and maintain (lifecycle management) quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Support and coach Quality controllers on new ways of working (queries, statistical data analysis, reporting on trends and patterns etc\xe2\x80\xa6).
  • Collaborate with the Training team to ensure the training delivery supports the Quality management approach.
  • Act as connector between suppliers and production areas. Communicate on a regular basis to improve the quality of incoming information received in Operations.
  • Support Production teams alongside other specialists.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects using Lean methodology (PDCA approach).
  • Validate industry best practices on a regular basis.

  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology. Certificate in Quality is a plus
  • Previous experience in quality control / assurance field is an advantage for this position
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
