Now Hiring Experienced Outbound Sales Agents!
Weed Man is Canada\'s largest lawn care company and has exciting opportunities as we continue to
grow.
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for identifying the customers service needs and
selling them a lawn care program that fits those requirements. The agent will work under the direct
supervision of the Virtual Sales Management Team and will be provided with extensive online training
and one on one coaching.
Guaranteed base of $17.00 per hour and commission structure in place to easily earn $20.00 to $25.00
plus per hour.
Shifts Available:
- Full Time - Monday to Friday
- Part Time - Monday to Friday
- Saturday Shifts available
- Call potential customers to identify their lawn care requirements and sell them services that meet their needs
- Call existing customers to renew services
- Accurately enter client information into our database
- Outbound Telephone sales experience
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Goal oriented
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Must have a high-speed internet connection with a computer.
- Good quality USB headset for talking to the clients
- Webcam for daily meetings
Expected start date: 2024-02-15
