grow. Our 50-plus years of experience allow us to help our clients achieve a lush, healthy lawn that we can all be proud of.
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for identifying the customer\'s service needs and
selling them a lawn care program that fits those requirements. The agent will work under the direct
supervision of the Sales Management Team and will be provided with extensive training
and one-on-one coaching.
The guaranteed base of $17.00 per hour and a commission structure in place to easily earn $20.00 to $25.00
plus per hour.
Shifts Available:
- Full Time - Monday to Friday
- Part Time - Monday to Friday
- Saturday Shifts available
- Call potential customers to identify their lawn care requirements and sell them services that
- meet their needs
- Call existing customers to renew services
- Accurately enter client information into our database
- Telephone sales experience
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Goal oriented
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Hours: 15-40 per week
