Telecom Construction Account Executive

Job Description

Bringing a competitive hunger mentality and being a proven performer who thrives on selling success, the Sales Account Executive, through self-generated and referral leads will pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers by offering value-added solution services. The Sales Account Executive role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our telecom infrastructure and construction services to a diverse range of clients including Telecommunication Carriers, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Mining, Government, Utility and Commercial customers.

Responsibilities

:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom construction space. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Assisting the development and present proposals, bids, and service agreements tailored to client needs and project specifications. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and operations to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.

Requirements

:

5+ Years of proven sales experience (non-retail). Proven sales experience in the telecommunications construction industry. Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and MS360. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Existing network of contacts in telecom, utilities, or municipal markets. Familiarity RFP responses and construction timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
