Sommaire du poste :

Sous la supervision du Chef d'Equipe - Test Unitaire de Production, le titulaire du poste participera au developpement de tests en production et a la maintenance des systemes d'OPAL-RT. Le poste est en presentiel, 5 jours par semaine.

Principales responsabilites :

Effectuer et maintenir les tests unitaires sur les cartes electroniques OPAL-RT et celles des fournisseurs externes; Utiliser les instruments de mesure appropries (multimetre, oscilloscope, alimentation, VM) pour effectuer les diagnostics, validations et verifications electriques; Analyser les resultats, identifier les non-conformites et supporter la gestion des NCR aupres des fournisseurs; Reparer les cartes defectueuses au besoin; Application de PMBs; Contribuer a la redaction et a la mise a jour des procedures de test; Collaborer avec les equipes de R&D, de qualite et de production pour ameliorer la testabilite et la fiabilite des produits. Toute autre tache necessaire au bon fonctionnement du departement.

Exigences :

Scolarite :

DEC en genie industriel, electronique industrielle ou autre formation pertinente;

Experience :

1 a 3 ans dans un departement de production;

Connaissances requises :

MS Office, Altium, JIRA, Business Central;

Connaissances linguistiques :

Francais obligatoire. Bonnes competences en anglais pour l'utilisation de logiciels specialises qui existent uniquement en anglais;

Competences recherchees :

Organisation, rigueur et determination, autonomie, gestion des priorites, bonne communication interpersonnelle, jugement, capacite d'analyse, capacite d'adaptation, lecture de schemas electroniques, diagnostic de pannes et soudure de composants CMS.

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Production Team Lead - Incoming, this position will participate in production test development and maintenance of OPAL-RT systems. This position requires to be on site 5 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform and maintain unit testing on OPAL-RT electronic boards and those from external suppliers; Use appropriate measurement instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, VM) to carry out diagnostics, validations, and electrical verifications; Analyze results, identify non-conformities, and support the management of NCRs with suppliers; Repair defective boards when necessary; Apply PMBs; Contribute to the writing and updating of test procedures; Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to improve product testability and reliability; Perform any other tasks required for the proper functioning of the department.

Requirements :

Education:

DEC in industrial engineering, industrial electronics or other relevant training;

Experience:

1 to 3 years in a production department;

Knowledge required:

MS Office , Altium, JIRA, Business Central;

Language skills:

French required. Good English skills for using specialized software available only in English;

Skills required:

Organization, rigor and determination, autonomy, priority management, good interpersonal communication, judgment, analytical ability, adaptability, ability to read electronic schematics, troubleshoot failures, and solder SMD components.
