Sommaire de l'emploi
Le technicien de soutien de produits est sur le site aux installations OEM et effectue les remises en etat/reparations exigees en vue de resoudre les ecarts (documentes sur les RCN, les FAI des nouveaux clients, les modifications de plans d'ingenierie, etc.) qui surviennent aux installations OEM. L'individu recoit normalement la direction journaliere du representant du support de produit mais est capable de travailler de facon autonome avec peu de direction. L'individu examine diverses divergences et prend les mesures correctives appropriees, y compris la tache de communication associee. En l'absence du representant du support technique (PSR), le technicien est en mesure d'effectuer de nombreuses taches du PSR de maniere transparente.
Sommaire des taches
La personne fournira certaines dispositions pour remedier aux ecarts (selon les directives du Chef d'equipe ou du Representant de soutien de produits) et effectuera les remises en etat/reparations selon les specifications de l'entreprise et du client, les directives de travail, les devis et les commandes de travail. (Les dispositions qui auront ete prises a l'egard de ces ecarts devront etre documentees dans les RNC (Rapports de non-conformite)
Les taches de reparation / reparation peuvent inclure et non exclure ce qui suit: Collage, retouche, inserts, ajustements d'assemblage final, couches de fibre de verre, fabrication de pieces en tole, installation electrique et sertissage, retouches de peinture, installation de plomberie, installation de tedlar. Couvertures isolantes (reparations, modifications et technique de montage)
La personne devra, en l'absence du Chef d'equipe / Representant de soutien de produits, effectuer plusieurs autres taches du Chef d'equipe / Representant de maniere efficace et sans coupure.
Participer aux reunions d'aeronefs au FAL avec l'OEM pour pour fournir un etat de la charge de travail et support technique
Qualifications
Education :
DEP dans une ecole de metier ou equivalent prefere.
Experience :
De 1 a 3 ans.
Formations dans les domaines suivants :
Structures d'aeronefs (tolerie)* Formation sur les composites (couches humides)* Formation electrique (installation et depannage)* Application de films decoratifs (Tedlar)* Peinture (application au pistolet)* Service a la clientele*
Autres competence et aptitudes :
Aptitude mecanique, motivation et capacite a travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
Langues :
La connaissance fonctionnelle du francais et de l'anglais est requise.

Job Summary:
The Product Support Technician is on site at the OEM's facility and performs the reworks/repairs required to resolve discrepancies (documented on RNC's, new customer FAI's, design changes etc.) that arise at the OEM facility. The individual normally receives day to day direction from the Lead Hand / product support representative but is able to work autonomously with little direction. The individual investigates various discrepancies and takes the appropriate corrective action including the associated communication task. In the absence of the Lead Hand / Product Support Representative (PSR) the technician is able to perform many of the tasks of the PSR in a seamless fashion.
Summary of Duties
The individual will provide some dispositions for discrepancies (as directed by the Lead Hand, product support representative) and perform the required rework/repair in accordance with company and customer specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. (Disposition of discrepancies may be documented on RNC's (Non Conformance Reports))
The rework/repair tasks may include and not excluded to the following: Bonding, edgfill, inserts, final assembly adjustments, fiberglass layups, sheet metal part fabrication, electrical installation and crimping, paint touch ups, plumbing installation, tedlar installation. Insulation blankets (Repairs, Engineering changes and Kitting)
In the absence of a Lead Hand / Product Support Representative the individual will perform many of the tasks of the Lead hand / OEM On-Site Product Support Representative in a seamless fashion.
Participating in aircraft meetings at the FAL with the OEM to provide workload status and technical support.
Qualifications
Education:
DEP in a trade school or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years.
Training in the following;
Aircraft Structures (Sheet metal)* Composite Training (Wet lay ups)* Electrical Training (Installation and trouble shooting)* Decorative film application (Tedlar)* Painting (Spray gun application)* Customer service*
Other Skills:
Mechanical aptitude, self-motivated and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Languages:
Functional knowledge of French and English is required
Shift - Monday to Friday -3.00PM to 11.30PM
