Job Description

Nous sommes a la recherche de techniciens specialises et minutieux en matiere de saisie de paie pour appuyer notre equipe d'exploitation. Le titulaire du poste se concentre sur l'execution de taches de gestion des donnees, la resolution de problemes techniques et l'assistance au deroulement des processus afin d'assurer la precision et l'efficacite des operations. Le candidat ideal est proactif, flexible et capable de maintenir des normes elevees de precision et de professionnalisme dans un environnement ou les activites se deroulent a un rythme rapide.


Principales responsabilites




Saisir, mettre a jour et tenir a jour des donnees exactes dans les systemes internes tout en se concentrant sur le rapprochement du temps et de la paie. Examiner et valider les rapports, en assurant l'integrite des donnees et la conformite aux normes de l'entreprise. Aider a produire, formater et distribuer des rapports aux intervenants pertinents. Traiter les ecarts et proceder aux rajustements des transactions de dotation. Diagnostiquer et resoudre les problemes techniques ou lies aux processus mineurs. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'equipe pour harmoniser les priorites et partager les mises a jour.

Qualifications requises




Etudes et certification:


Etudes postsecondaires - Administration des affaires, analyse de donnees, Paie/RH, ou experience equivalente. Une experience en comptabilite ou en finances est consideree comme un atout.
Experience:


Experience prealable souhaitee dans un role de soutien technique, administratif ou operationnel. Experience de l'utilisation des systemes de paie ou du traitement des donnees, un atout. Experience de l'interpretation des conventions collectives souhaitable.
Competences techniques:


Connaissance prealable de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). La connaissance des outils de suivi des problemes est un atout. La priorite sera accordee aux candidats bilingues parlant francais et anglais.

Grand souci du detail et de l'exactitude. Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes et attitude proactive. Capacite d'etablir l'ordre de priorite des taches et de gerer efficacement son temps dans des delais serres. Esprit d'equipe, excellentes qualites relationnelles et solides competences de communication. Souplesse pour s'adapter aux priorites ou aux flux de travail changeants.
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled pay entry technicians to support our operations team. The role focuses on executing data management tasks, resolving technical issues, and assisting with process workflows to ensure accurate and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities




Accurately input, update, and maintain data in house systems while focusing on time and pay reconciliation. Review and validate reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards. Assist in generating, formatting, and distributing reports to relevant stakeholders. Handle discrepancies, and staffing transaction adjustments. Diagnose and troubleshoot minor technical or process-related issues. Work closely with other team members to align on priorities and share updates.

Required Qualifications




Education and Certification:


Post-Secondary Education - Business administration, Data analytics, Payroll / RH, or equivalent experience. Accounting or Finance considered an asset. Experience: Prior experience in a technical, administrative, or operational support role is preferred. Experience working with payroll systems or data handling is an asset. Experience with interpreting collective bargaining agreements preferred.
Technical Skills:


Iintermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with issue tracking tools is an advantage. Bilingual candidates speaking both French and English will be prioritized.
Competencies:


Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or workflows.
