In your role, you will:
- Process invoices daily.
- Reconcile credit cards statements & statements from suppliers.
- Participate in the PR/PO process.
- Participate in month end activities
- Support the Plant Engineering team in their daily invoices related tasks.
- Support any ad-hoc requests, including the ones from our auditors, both internal and external.
- Participate in the budget process throughout the year.
- Participate in process improvement activities and in the Plant Engineering centralization initiative
As our ideal candidate,
- You have DEC in accounting with more than 10 years of experience
- You have a good ability for teamwork, you are rigorous and resourceful
- You have an excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc...)
- You are interested in learning new software (Sharepoint, Ariba, Maximo, SAP, etc...)
- You have good communication skills in French and English
- You are creative and autonomous
