Sous la responsabilite de la coordonnatrice SSE, le technicien a la charge de soutenir la sante-securite au niveau des operations. Il doit, entre autres, effectuer les suivis des differents projets, d'effectuer de la formation, auditer les processus SST et effectuer des recommandations d'amelioration continue a la coordonnatrice SSE et au comite SST.

Description sommaire des taches :



Conduire des audits SST et effectuer les suivis avec les responsables / superviseurs / directeurs; Effectuer le suivi des actions correctives mises en place; Effectuer differentes formations portant sur la SST (ex : cadenassage / simdut); Analyser les differents risques, soumettre des recommandations a la coordonnatrice et au comite SST. Analyser les impacts environnementaux et effectuer des suivis; Auditer et analyser differents processus relies a la SST et l'environnement; Gestion de l'inventaire des EPI et des trousses de premiers soins; Supporter et maintenir la culture en Sante-Securite au travail; Preparer et organiser les visites de l'osteopathe et du kinesiologue; Preparer les rencontres du comite SST et effectuer sa gestion documentaire;

Competences et experiences requises



Technique en sante-securite au travail et/ou son equivalent (atout); 1 a 3 ans d'experience en sante-securite en compagnie manufacturiere (atout); Demontre une bonne proactivite en amelioration continue; Capacite de travailler en equipe; Capacite d'analyse et d'organisation du travail; Capacite de vulgarisation et de communications avec les operations; Anglais de niveau avance, bilinguisme complet en atout. (Anglais/francais). Le technicien devra communiquer a l'occasion avec le corporatif aux Etats-Unis et recevra des formations en anglais. Horaire flexible : Quart de jour mais disponible 1 soir / semaine jusqu'a 21h00.


Under the responsibility of the Health, safety and environment coordinator, the technician has the responsibilities to support H&S for the operation. He needs to make follow-ups on different projects, to hold training sessions, to audit H&S processes and make recommendations of continuous improvement to the coordinator and to the H&S committee.

Brief summary of the function :



Hold Health & Safety audit and make the follow-up with the responsibles, supervisors, managers. Follow-up on corrective action put in place. Hold different training session on H&S (Locking, WHMIS). Analyze potential risks for H&S and make recommendations to the coordinator and H&S committee. Analyze environmental impacts and make follow-ups. Manage the inventory of the protective equipments and first aid kits. Support and maintain the H&S culture at work. Prepare and organize the visits of the kinesiologist and the ostheopath. Prepare H&S committee and make the administrative management.

Competences et experiences requises



Technicial degree in Health and Safety or the equivalent (asset). 1 to 3 years of experience in H&S in a manufacturing environment. To show proactivity in continuous improvement. Capacity to work in team. Analysis capabilities and organizational skills. Communication and popularization skills with operations. Advanced French with advanced English. Flexible schedule * + Day shift but 1 evening per week up to 9:00 PM.
