About the Role:

As a Software Technical Support Specialist , you will be first point of contact , providing expert assistance via phone, chat, and email . You'll help users navigate our Atlas Chiropractic System software and ensure they receive timely, clear, and professional support .

We are committed to training you --prior experience with our software is not required! We value dependability, problem-solving skills, and strong communication above all else.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
Assist users with troubleshooting and navigating our software
Learn and master our Atlas Chiropractic System quickly
Clearly explain technical concepts in a way anyone can understand
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for problem-solving

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):

Previous experience in customer support or IT
Familiarity with software troubleshooting
Background in the chiropractic or healthcare industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
