Our technical support team members provide front line assistance with the programming, testing, configuration and quality assurance of intrusion, card access, video and monitoring solutions. Members of our Field Operations technical support team are highly organized, passionate about saving lives and protecting property and thrive working with our field technicians, contract partners and end users providing the best customer experience in our industry. Preference will be given to applicants that have previous field experience in the security alarm industry, experience using Sedona office, those in possession of existing technical certifications (DMP, AXIS, Open Eye, Alarm.com, DSC, Hexagon ) . A high level of competence in computer software operation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working in a clients network or cloud environment is required.
