Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable
Technical Support Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our logistics software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical inquiries and issues from clients in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot software and system-related problems, providing effective resolutions.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement software improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use our software solutions.
Assist in the development of user guides and technical documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, networking, and system configurations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
