Job responsibility?

Work with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support, understand customer needs, answer customer questions, and provide customers with technical solution options.

Engage in technical writing of industry solutions, including crafting solution proposals, technical articles, training materials, etc.;

Assist the R&D department in conducting some on-site tests and cooperate with Carrier certification tests.

Provide technical training on products and solutions to customers.

Requirement?

Bachelor's degree or above in computer, communications, electrical engineering ,and other related majors;

Familiar with computer networks and network communication protocols, a CCNA or higher-level certification is preferred.

Familiar with computer network architecture, topology, and hardware (mainly Ethernet routers and switches);

Excellent customer service skills and customer-centric mentality;

Be proactive, have good team spirit, be good at learning new knowledge, and be diligent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
