We are seeking a skilled

Technical Support Engineer

to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is vital in providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of various systems and networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of operating systems, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities



Provide technical support for a wide range of hardware and software issues across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, and network issues involving LAN, VPN, and firewall configurations. Assist users with computer networking issues, including LAN setup, VPN connectivity, and firewall settings to ensure secure and reliable connections. Manage incident tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy to document issues, track progress, and communicate resolutions effectively. Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and operating systems. Resolve help desk tickets efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards through clear communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and participate in ongoing training to improve support capabilities.

Experience



Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy for incident management. Knowledge of desktop support procedures including hardware troubleshooting and software installation. Experience with software troubleshooting tools and techniques for resolving application issues within Microsoft Office or other enterprise software suites. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $47.81-$55.30 per hour
