The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Success Coordinator to join our team, working on an exciting software product to revolutionize the way companies track their innovation. The Technical Success Coordinator will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and success
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact for technical issues
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Gather feedback from clients and share with the product development team to inform product roadmap and development priorities
• Monitor client usage and identify areas for optimization and efficiency

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in technical client success or a related field
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of web technologies and software development processes
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with SaaS products and services is a plus
