Based in Calgary Alberta, you will work to identify new customer opportunities through various methods including existing relationships. Ensure customer loyalty and development at an office level through relationship-building activities, troubleshooting support, and site visits. Collaborates with all levels of management on the strategic pursuit of potential business opportunities.
Job Roles:
Professionally represent Interra Energy in the sale of its products and services
Build outstanding strategic customer relationships by responding to customer feedback promptly and ensuring the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations
Present Interra technologies to existing and potential customers at all levels within organizations
Cultivate strategic relationships with external stakeholders and industry networks to drive business development
Coverage area encompasses Western Canada and may require some travel
Attend and contribute to Canadian sales meetings
Attend and contribute to Canadian operations meetings
Work with management to build and update budget and forecast
Contribute to proposal and pre-qualification submission processes
Maintain CRM database, buildout opportunity pipeline, accountable to the sales process
Such other duties as assigned by Interra from time to time
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in upstream oil & gas sales position
Excellent knowledge specifically in well completion and fracing
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Professional sales training
Valid driver's licence as well as a clean driver abstract
Autonomy of Job:
A motivated self-starter that can work diligently to identify new opportunities is a requirement for this position
