Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and versatile

SALES PERSON

with a proven technical sales ability in the metal stamping, or related industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following key qualifications and skills:

Sales Experience

: Proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, and capital equipment or industrial sales. Skilled at managing existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.

Results-Oriented

: Quota-driven with a disciplined, funnel-focused approach.

Technical Background

: Broad understanding of mechanics, electronics, computers and general engineering principles; mechatronics knowledge is a strong asset.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with sheet metal processes, automotive supply chains, and steel coil applications is preferred.

Self-Motivated:

Takes ownership of responsibilities, works independently, and consistently strives for excellence.

Problem-Solver:

Brings practical solutions, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt in complex solutions.

Customer Focused:

Builds trust and long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering value.

Professional Communication:

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.

Additional Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel freely within

Canada, USA and Mexico.

Strong focus and determination to achieve objectives without distraction.

Excellent command of the

English language

(spoken and written).

A second language of

Spanish or French

would be an asset.

Experience with

social media marketing

.

Strong

technical aptitude

, including comfort with metric and imperial conversions.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and other business software.
