Canadian Panel Tech is the manufacturer and distributor of the MegaSPAN system.
CPT is looking for a Sales Engineer / Product Sales Consultant to lead the MegaSPAN system sales activities in Ontario.
This role is a permanent, full-time position, and it is based in Bolton, ON, Canada.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Technical Sales Consultant/ Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Construction & Structural technical background and have experience in pre-sales activities, project sales, and technical sales. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring successful implementation of our solutions. Responsibilities
Engage with clients during the pre-sales process to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Provide technical support and guidance in coordination with company in house engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in developing Product Sales & Marketing documentation and training materials for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Work closely with Management to achieve Ontario Market System Targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in pre-sales activities and technical sales within the Construction Industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop account and project penetration strategies and action plans by analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, determining the required resources, and understanding the decision-making and internal influencing dynamics.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for Ontario Market.
Design and implement effective account and project penetration strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Perform Lunch-Learn & Presentations to clients, contractors and project designers as required.
Coordinating with other departments as required: Engineering, Production and Management team.
Contacting regular and potential customers to provide information and assisting them in their MegaSPAN projects as required.
Tradeshows, Marketing Strategies, and other related task as required.
Other duties as assigned & required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
