As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success, ensuring they harness the full potential of our solutions. Your expertise in computer networking, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and virtualization technologies such as VMware will empower you to deliver exceptional service and support. What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Prospect and engage with new clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits (minimum 20 daily touchpoints).
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations that showcase the value of our solutions to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
Maintain accurate records (daily) in our CRM system
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in IT or technical sales (minimum 5 years preferred).
Proficiency in computer networking concepts and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with Fortinet or Sophos is a plus
Preferred qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales or account management roles.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
